Exercise

Get outside and get active. You don’t need to train for a marathon or an iron-man to be effectively exercising. There are simple ways to add activity to your life throughout your typical hectic day. Walk, walk, walk. If you have 15 minutes to spare go on a walk. Instead of going and sitting at a coffee shop with a friend, meet at a park and walk while you talk. Take the stairs, yes the elevator is there and more convenient but the stairs will give you a productive boost in your day. I promise you that taking the stairs will help you mentally. It will be hard at first, maybe even hard forever but it will also be rewarding. Skip on the sidewalk with your kids. Jump rope. Play tag.
