30 Day Challenge

After a lifetime of counting calories, eating low fat, feeling bad about what I ate or didn’t eat, working out until I could barely stand or not working out at all if I didn’t have 90 minutes to devote that day and still not being happy with how I felt, it was time for a change. After months of listening to my fiance talk about and practice a Primal lifestyle, I decided that I needed to learn more about this way of life. In my opinion the best way to learn is by doing.

After reading about the Primal and Paleo lifestyles for months I finally decided on February 14, 2013 that I needed to dive in head first. I gave myself one day for this realization to soak in and really devote myself to the idea of: no grains, no dairy, as little sugar as possible, and raw natural foods. In order to fully share my experience I kept a daily journal to share with all of you. I hope you enjoy living through my experience with me.
